Join us for a two-day immersive River Advocacy Leadership Weekend at Camp Lotus on the South Fork American River, where adventure meets action. Camp under the stars, connect with fellow river enthusiasts, learn about the challenges facing California's rivers, and build the skills and confidence to become a powerful advocate for the places you love.
Cost: $50 admin fee includes 2 nights of camping, all meals, workshops and rafting on the South Fork American River
Leadership Weekend Overview
The River Advocacy Leadership Weekend is a two-day immersive experience designed to inspire and equip river enthusiasts to become effective advocates for California's rivers.
Through hands-on learning, advocacy workshops, rafting, and community-building, participants will deepen their connection to the rivers they are working to protect while gaining the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to take meaningful action.
Whether you're new to advocacy or looking to become more involved, this weekend offers an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside a passionate community of river defenders.
